The following are actual adventures that have occurred to the Princess, the Bear & the Bug. [Character names were given by each other years previously and no predjudice was used in naming such characters. Except for the Bug....she was too cute]

RACE for LACE! (Legal Centre of Eldoret).-May 8, 2010
To raise money for LACE we ran (walked) a 5K & compared our time to the winning Kenyan's mini-marathon time--Janet Cherobon for the females.
My walking 5k time was 36:53 (I was so happy! although it was very hard not to want to run). The Bear was nice & gave up his race seat to someone who wanted it & took pictures for us instead.

Janet Cherobon’s winning mini time was 70:59.
So I "beat" her by 34 minutes.

Janet was so great in working with us. Even on this freezing day she broke the female course record.

Geoaching at Marrott Park-May 1st
Two Weeks in a row we went geocaching at a new favorite park--it was wet, it was crazy & it was fun.
There were lot's of creeks/rivers to cross. Rich did a lot of that, but he carried me across a few times. Here's my head--
there's the rest of me--kind-of hard to take the picture

Har-ber Village:
115 log cabins of collections from 1800-2000 of everything & anything you could even think of. (opps I guess I left I lot of the collection pictures off)

Probably the biggest diverse barbed wire collection you've ever seen. I didn't even know over 100 kinds existed.

Lindenwood Gardens:
Can you spot my bump?
